With What's Your Peace, Mental Health Colorado wanted to showcase the powerful ways Coloradans are caring for themselves and finding strength. In March of 2022's I was contacted to be part of this amazing campaign to give a voice to our rural communities and talk about my self-care routine in the Colorado mountains. It was a lovely project.
